IUIN-Scott Seregny Award for Best History Student (Liberal Arts)

Overview:

The Seregny Award for the Best History Student honors Professor Scott Seregny and recognizes the graduating senior who best embodies the qualities that Professor Seregny brought to his field and the department: intellectual accomplishment, originality, and curiosity.

Selection will be based on the student’s GPA within the major, the variety of course taken, their performance in those courses.

Eligibility:

Applicants must:

• Be undergraduate seniors who have taken at least 24 credit hours of history and minimum of 15 hours of upper-level courses at IU Indianapolis
• Have a GPA greater than or equal to 3.5 on 4.0 scale

Awarding:

This scholarship will be awarded and disbursed in the upcoming academic year.

Renewability:

This scholarship is not renewable.
