IUIN-Dart-Opie Award for Excellence in Child/Adolescent Mental Health Research (Nursing)

The Dart-Opie Award for Excellence in Child/Adolescent Mental Health Research was established by Nancy D. Opie. This award recognizes and encourages excellence in research related to the mental health needs of children and adolescents. Those eligible will be a graduate or PhD student in the School of Nursing; have a GPA of 3.5 or better; evidence of significant contribution of service to the community or IUSON while in the PhD program (e.g., active member of professional nursing org; provider of voluntary service to a community agency; presenter of research findings or workshop at a relevant local or regional agency or conference.)
