IUN - RedHawks Athletic Scholarship

Support Athletics scholarships for students enrolled full time at IU Northwest. The Athletic Scholarship will be given to student-athletes who maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale. Recipients must meet the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) eligibility requirements as well as expectations outlined in the signed IU Northwest student-athlete code agreement and team rules and policies as outlined by the head coach. Incoming freshmen must meet two out of three areas of criteria as outlined by the NAIA. 1. Minimum high school cumulative GPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale. 2. Rank (calculated at the conclusion of eighth term) in the top half of their graduating class.3. Achieve a qualifying test score (minimum 860 on SAT/minimum composite score of 18 on ACT). Students in their second season of competition must have earned a minimum of 24 credit hours over their last two-full time terms and one part-time term. Students in their third season of competition must have 24 credit hours over the last two-full time terms and one part-time term as well as a total of 48 institutional credit hours. Students in their fourth season of competition must have 24 credit hours over the last two-full time terms and one part-time term as well as a total of 72 institutional credit hours. Students must be enrolled at full-time status (minimum 12 credit hours) regardless of season of competition.
