Any campus-Circle of Life/Bill Z. Littlefield Scholarship (IU Foundation)

Awarded annually to a full-time undergraduate student with financial need who has been diagnosed with a life threatening form of cancer. Preference will be given to applicants who were treated at the Indiana University Medical Center. Applicants must provide a HIPAA Authorization for Use and Disclosure of Protected Health Information to their cancer treatment facility/physician.
