IUI-Psi Chi Scholarship (Science)

Established by Deidre and Alpheus Bingham, the Psi Chi Scholarship is awarded to a member of the IUI Chapter of Psi Chi, a national honor society, who is academically strong and demonstrates outstanding leadership and service to the department, school, and campus, who excel academically and show promise of success in their future careers. The recipient must be working on their first undergraduate degree, have earned a minimum 25 credit hours of course work, who carries a minimum 3.00 overall GPA and a minimum 3.50 GPA in psychology courses, and is a US citizen or permanent resident. The recipient must also become or already be an active member of the IUI Chapter of Psi Chi, meeting the membership criteria established by the IUI Chapter. The scholarship will be payable in two installments, one installment per semester. The second semester installment will be based upon the recipient’s continued, active membership in the IUI Psi Chi Chapter.

Recipient must be a student enrolled in the IUI School of Science.
