IUFW-Curbox Dental Hygiene Professionalism Award Scholarship

It is the intent of the donor that this scholarship support a second year student in the Dental Hygiene program in the School of Dentistry on the Fort Wayne Campus who best exemplifies the following criteria for professionalism:

  • Strive for a level of excellence and competence in patient care
  • Adhere to a code of conduct – ethical and moral obligations
  • Adhere to clinical standards
  • Accountable for continuing education and communicating knowledge to peers
  • Involved in community service or other volunteer opportunities
  • Support and participate in professional organizations, such as the America Dental Hygiene Association
