IUB-Retna Inez Blackman Memorial Scholarship (IU Foundation)

Awarded annually to an undergraduate student from Washington County, Indiana, with a declared major in an information technology field at Indiana University Bloomington. First preference will be given to a student who graduated from Salem High School. Second preference will be given to a student who graduated from either Eastern or West Washington High School.
