IUB-Brad Dugan Undergraduate Scholarship
The Brad Dugan Scholarship is awarded to incoming freshmen in the O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs who have a minimum 3.0 GPA, have demonstrated financial need, are currently working to help pay for some college-expenses, and a demonstrated altruistic sense to help others. Documentation of employment must be provided in the form of a check stub or an official letter from the student’s employer.

- 1. Please describe your interest and experiences in public administration, leadership development, social justice, and/or engagement in public service.

Please upload one document that outlines the amount of gross earnings that you, the student, received covering your current employment at the time of application. This includes:
•official tax forms, such as a W2, for any jobs held during the prior year.
•A payroll or the last paycheck you received recently that clearly shows your Year-To-Date earnings.
Please be sure to black out your Social Security or banking numbers so that they are not visible when you upload this document. If you completed work for which you did not receive a W2 of paychecks, such as babysitting, working on your family farm, etc., please include a spreadsheet with detailed descriptions of the earnings you received for this type of work.
