IUSB-Cadet Kelly Dulcet Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship supports students enrolled at Indiana University South Bend (IUSB) in criminal justice with the intent of entering the field of law enforcement after graduation. The recipient(s) must meet the following criteria: a) Be a full-time student; b) Be a sophomore, junior, or senior; c) Have minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale; d) Not be eligible for financial assistance from low income and must provide proof of household income on the W-2 of the prior tax year; and e) Provide an essay with the application, including career goals, motivations for pursuing a degree in criminal justice, time frame for achieving said degree, and reason the student should be the recipient of this scholarship. This scholarship will be based on academic performance and academic merit.
