IUI-Transfer and Adult Student Advisory Board Leadership Scholarship

The Center for Transfer & Adult Students provides solutions for students transitioning to IUI, understanding the unique needs of those seeking to continue their education while engaging in the university experience. The Transfer and Adult Student Advisory Board Leadership Scholarship is a way for transfer and adult students to engage with CTAS staff to create mission statement, goals, and outcomes to amplify students’ voices. Student Leaders will help establish channels of communication with students, staff, and faculty to improve problem-solving. Scholarship recipients will participate in at least five events per semester (orientation, WOW, Bridge, student panels, etc.). CTAS Student Leaders will provide feedback to CTAS and other units to impact decision-making to include student voices. CTAS Student Leaders will be required to attend one monthly meeting. Time commitment is approx. 40 hours each semester. Students must be in good academic standing to be eligible for this scholarships.

Qualifications:

Only transfer or adult (25 and older) students will be allowed to apply to scholarship.
