IUI-Cowen Graduate Scholarship (Science)

This scholarship was established by Dr. Carl Cowen and Janice Wheater-Cowen to honor and memorialize Janet Catherine Cowen for her lifelong commitment to philanthropy and education. This scholarship will support a promising graduate student who is pursuing a doctoral degree in Mathematics, specializing in applied or pure math. Special consideration given to underrepresented populations. Preference is given to a female student who is a US citizen or permanent resident.

Recipient must be a student enrolled in the IUI School of Science.
