IUB-Philip Donges Snodgrass, Esq. Memorial Scholarship

Given to current Political Science undergraduate students, entering their senior year, who have demonstrated the highest level of academic achievement and ability as demonstrated by a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 (on a 4.0 scale), and must be U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Preference given to students from State of Maryland or another East Coast state, who are pursuing a least one additional major and/or minor in a foreign language or area within the College.
