IUN - Non-Traditional Students Scholarship

The recipients of the Scholarship will be students at IUN who are in the process of achieving an associate or bachelor degree. The Scholarship will pay 1/2 of the recipients’ tuition. The criteria for receiving the Scholarship shall be as follows:
A) Scholarships shall be given to students who are residents of Jasper, Lake, LaPorte, Newton, Porter, Pulaski or Starke Counties.
B) Scholarships shall be given to currently enrolled students who have successfully completed a minimum of (12) credit hours at IUN and are in good standing;
C) The Scholarship recipients will be undergraduate students working toward an associate degree or bachelor degree who are continuously enrolled in a minimum of (12) credit hours per year. The Scholarship will be the amount of the maximum of (1/2) of the tuition for the remaining credit hours required for that degree. For an associate degree, (1/2) of the tuition will be paid up to a max (48) credit hours remaining. For a bachelor degree, (1/2) of the tuition will be paid up to the max of 110 credit hours remaining;
