Because of their close connection and many shared interests, Jim Morris began raising funds to create the Malcolm Moran Study Abroad Scholarship for students who participate in the Sports Capital Journalism Program at IUI.
With this study abroad scholarship, selected student recipients will be able to take advantage of international opportunities for them to report on international sporting events, such as the Olympics, Pan Am Games, FIBA, etc., alongside professional media reporters.
