IUB-Sustainability Scholar Scholarship
The Sustainability Scholars program pairs selected undergraduate students with world-class faculty mentors to start researching sustainability issues as soon as their first semester at IU. In addition to gaining meaningful research experience and mentorship, students receive a $500-per-semester scholarship.
Criteria to apply:
• Demonstrated interest in sustainability
• Freshman or sophomore in good academic standing
Criteria to participate:
• 8 hours/week dedicated to the research project, starting with orientation and ending with the Sustainability Symposium
• Regular meetings with the project mentor
• Completion of research plan and poster
