IUIN-IU School of Dentistry Diversity Dental Scholarship
Overview:
Given annually to two Students. One recipient will be a Doctor of Dental Surgery (“DDS”) student and one recipient will be a dental hygiene student. Both recipients will be enrolled in the School as a 2nd or 3rd year student with a minimum GPA of a 2.8 on a 4.0 scale. Annually, the DDS student will receive a Scholarship in the amount of 75% of the income earned and the dental hygiene student will receive a Scholarship in the amount of 25% of the income earned.
Because, as part of its mission, Indiana University is committed to diversity, special consideration will be given to underrepresented populations, including but not limited to financially challenged students, and/or students with diverse cultural experiences.
Eligibility:
Applicants must:
- Be a DDS or Dental Hygiene student at the IU School of Dentistry
- Have a minimum 2.8 GPA
Awarding:
Funds are disbursed at the beginning of the semester following your application.
Renewability:
This scholarship is not renewable.
