Overview:

The CVS Health Foundation Family Nurse Practitioner Scholarship is for graduate students in the School of Nursing family nurse practitioner program and are in good academic standing.

Eligibility:

Recipients must:

  • Be graduate students in the family nurse practitioner program
  • Be in good academic standing
  • Recipients can be full-time or part-time and have completed at least one semester of their academic program.

Awarding:

This will be awarded and disbursed in the fall term of the current academic year.

Renewability:

This scholarship is not renewable.
