IUB-Captain James B. Marsh Memorial Scholarship

Awarded to ROTC contracted cadets (cadets who have signed a ROTC contract) who have a minimum GPA of 2.8, are participants in Ranger Challenge, show evidence of strong leadership skills, and demonstrate participation in outside volunteer activities or work. The number, amount, and recipient(s) of the Scholarship will be determined by the appropriate committee in Military Science
