Overview:

The Angela Hazlewood Murat, DDS Memorial Scholarship is awarded to 3rd year DDS students at the IU School of Dentistry who are leaders and/or volunteers.

Eligibility:

Required Criteria:

• 3rd year DDS student enrolled at IU School of Dentistry, Indianapolis
• Demonstrated leadership and/or volunteer involvement

Preferred Criteria:

• Indiana Residents from Elkhart, St. Joseph, Kosciusko or Marshall Counties

Awarding:
Funds are disbursed at the beginning of the semester following your application.

Renewability:
This scholarship is not renewable.
