IUIN-O'Neill School Making a Difference Internship Scholarship (O'Neill SPEA)
Overview:
Scholarships for undergraduate or graduate students in the O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs at IU Indianapolis who have secured unpaid or low-paying internships at nonprofit, public, or private organizations lasting a minimum of eight weeks or 80 hours. A low paying internship would be defined as a wage and/or stipend that is lower than minimum wage, verified by a letter from their internship supervisor.
Eligibility:
Applicants must:
- Be an undergraduate or graduate student at O’Neill Indianapolis
- Have secured unpaid or low-paying internships at nonprofit, public, or private organizations lasting a minimum of 8 weeks or 80 hours
- Preference will be given to students participating in an unpaid internship.
Awarding:
Scholarship awards are made year-round as applicants meet the eligibility criteria.
Renewability:
This scholarship is not renewable.
