IUB-Oscar R. Ewing Scholarship

Awarded annually to IU Bloomington undergraduates who graduated from Greensburg High School in Greensburg, Indiana. Consideration given to academic excellence, moral character, leadership, service to the communicty, and/or University and extracurricular activities. Financial need shall not be considered in evaluation. The number, amount and recipient(s) of the Scholarship will be determined by the OEM, upon the recommendation and consent of a “Nominating Committee” consisting of the Judge of the Decatur County Circuit court, or his nominee; the Superintendent of Schools, Greensburg, Indiana; and a third member who is to be a prominent citizen of Greensburg, Indiana, selected by said Judge and the Superintendent of Schools.
