IUIN-Walter & Helen Mowrey Scholarship (Herron)

Overview:

Established in 1996, the Walter and Helen Mowrey Scholarship is awarded to students who have graduated from high school in either Lawrence or Warren townships in Marion County, Indiana.

Eligibility:

Applicants must:

• Have graduated from high school in either Lawrence or Warren townships in Marion County, Indiana
• Pursue further education in art or design at Herron School of Art and Design.
• Consideration will be given to those students who have graduated in the upper 1/3 of their high school class and have the recommendation of the high school principal and art teacher.
• Applicants must submit a portfolio of artwork in order to be considered for this award.

Awarding:

This scholarship will be awarded in the upcoming academic year.

Renewability:

This scholarship is not renewable.
