IUIN-Christopher Patrick Deery Scholarship (Social Work)

Eligibility:

It is the intent of the Donors, and the Foundation agrees, that income from these gifts be used to support scholarships for applicants who:

• are graduate students in the Master of Social Work program in the School of Social Work
• have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Financial need will not be considered when selecting recipients.
• Preference will be given to students planning to pursue a career in the field of mental health and addictions.

Awarding:

This scholarship will be awarded and disbursed in Spring of the current academic year.

Renewability:

The Scholarship may be renewed provided recipients are in good academic standing as determined by the scholarship committee. The number, amount(s), and recipient(s) of the Scholarship will be determined by a scholarship committee of the School.
