IUIN-Frances Thompson Cole Graduate Nursing Scholarship

Overview:

Created to honor the memory of Frances Thompson Cole by her granddaughter, Debbie Grew, who works with graduate students at the School of Nursing and sees first-hand the financial need of so many students.

Eligibility:

Applicants must:

• Attend the IU Indianapolis campus
• Be a graduate Nursing student
• Be enrolled full or part-time
• File the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA),
• Demonstrate financial need as defined by the U.S. Department of Education’s criteria for need-based federal financial aid
• Preference for a single parent.

Awarding:

This scholarship will be awarded and disbursed in the upcoming academic year.

Renewability:

This scholarship is not renewable, but applicants may receive it more than once.
