IUIN-Indiana Geology and Gem Scholarship (Science)

Overview:

This scholarship is given to an IU Indy environmental science or geology major to further the student’s undergraduate degree program.

Eligibility:

Applicants must:

• Be an undergraduate student majoring in environmental science or geology at the IU Indianapolis School of Science
• Be enrolled in a minimum of 9 credit hours
• Have completed one introductory geology course with an A or A-.
• Be enrolled in GEOL-G 221 Introductory Mineralogy or higher course in the following semester
  *Have a minimum GPA of 3.25

Awarding:

The scholarship will be awarded and disbursed to the Spring semester of the current academic year.

Renewability:

This scholarship is non-renewable.
