Overview:

The Dr. Ted D. Zaharako DDS Scholarship is awarded to 4th year DDS students at the IU School of Dentistry who have demonstrated excellence in patient care.

Eligibility:

Required Criteria:

• 4th year DDS student enrolled at IU School of Dentistry, Indianapolis
• Outstanding patient care, as determined by the faculty of the comprehensive care clinics

Awarding:

Funds are disbursed at the beginning of the semester following your application.

Renewability:

This scholarship is not renewable.
