IUIN-Diane McCabe Nursing Scholarship
Overview:
Established by Diane’s family and friends in her memory and in celebration of her excellence in clinical nursing, her dedication to the nursing profession and her tireless advocacy for women’s health.
Eligibility:
Applicants must:
Be a Graduate or Undergraduate Nursing student at the Indianapolis campus
- Be a resident of the state of Indiana
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale
- Non-traditional nurse returning to further their education
- Employees with Indiana University Health. Applicant must upload employment verification (This can be in the form of a memo on IU Health letterhead with your supervisor’s signature & phone number)
- File the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
- Demonstrate financial need as defined by the U.S. Department of Education’s criteria for need-based federal financial aid
- Preference given to applicants displaying highest character
Awarding:
This scholarship will be awarded for the upcoming academic year.
Renewability:
This scholarship does not automatically renew, but you may receive it more than once.
