Overview:

Annette Konupek is a proud alumna of the School having graduated with a BSN in 1967 and was a recipient of a scholarship while a student at the school.

Eligibility:

Applicants must

• Be an Undergraduate Nursing Student at the Indianapolis, Bloomington, or Fort Wayne campus
• Be a Sophomore (200 level courses)
• Have a GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
• Be a resident of the state of Indiana
• File the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
• Demonstrate financial need as defined by the U.S. Department of Education’s criteria for need-based federal financial aid

Awarding:

This scholarship will be awarded for the upcoming academic year.

Renewability:

This scholarship does not automatically renew, but you may receive it more than once.
