Overview:

The Dr. Frederick L. Sputh, DDS Memorial Scholarship is awarded to 4th year DDS students at the IU School of Dentistry with a minimum 3.0 GPA who demonstrates commitment to service and promoting the dental profession.

Eligibility:

Required Criteria:

• 4th year DDS student enrolled at IU School of Dentistry, Indianapolis
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Demonstrated commitment to service & dental profession

Preferred Criteria:

• MSD Graduate Orthodontics applicant

Awarding:

Funds are disbursed at the beginning of the semester following your application.

Renewability:

This scholarship is renewable upon re-application the following year.
