IUB-Robert H. Frowick Memorial Graduate Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded by the O’Neill School to master’s students pursuing a degree in Public Affairs with a concentration in Policy Analysis or Comparative and International Affairs from the Midwestern states of Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin, or Minnesota. Students must have 3.2 on a 4.0 scale and be working part-time. Preference will be given to students not affiliated with a national Greek fraternity or sorority with additional preference for student interested in in serving in the Foreign Service.

Please include official tax forms, such as a W2, for any jobs held during the prior year. Alternatively, you can upload a payroll or the last paycheck you received during the prior year that clearly shows your Year-To-Date earnings. Please be sure to black out your Social Security or banking numbers so that they are not visible when you upload this document. If you completed work for which you did not receive a W2 of paychecks, such as babysitting, working on your family farm, etc., please include a spreadsheet with detailed descriptions of the earnings you received for this type of work.
