IUC-Gerald & Sarah Armstrong Scholarship

Overview:

Given to a student at IUC with preference given to a student living in Jackson County who is a first-generation college student. Student must have a minimum GPA of 2.0. If no first-generation student applies, scholarship can be awarded to a student who is not a first generation but still from Jackson County. Recipient will be selected by the appropriate Financial Aid Committee at IUC.

Eligibility:

Applicants must:

• Be an undergraduate or graduate student at IUC
• Have a minimum 2.0 GPA
• Preference given to a student living in Jackson County who is a first-generation college student. If no first-generation student applies, scholarship can be awarded to a student who is not a first generation but still from Jackson County.

Awarding:

This scholarship will be awarded and disbursed in the upcoming academic year.

Renewability:

This scholarship does not automatically renew.
