Any Campus-Charles E. Walters, MD, and Thelma Walters Scholarship in Nursing

Overview:

Thelma, a graduate of the School of Nursing Class of 1938, through a bequest established scholarships at both the IU School of Nursing and the IU School of Medicine in honor of her husband, Charles E. Walters, MD, a graduate of the School of Medicine, Class of 1937. The Scholarship is to assist nursing students who are graduates of a high school in Indiana.

Eligibility:

Applicants must:

• Be a Graduate or Undergraduate Nursing Student at any IU campus
• Be a high school graduate within the State of Indiana

Awarding:

This scholarship will be awarded and disbursed in the upcoming academic year.

Renewability:

This scholarship does not automatically renew, but you may receive it more than once.
