IUIN-Lambert Family Scholarship (Nursing)

Overview:

The Lambert Family Scholarship is for graduate scholarships for students who are pursuing their master’s degree as a Nurse Practitioner with an interest in oncology. If no such qualified students apply, the Scholarship may be opened to Clinical Nurse Specialist students with an interest in oncology.

Eligibility:

Applicants must:

• Be a graduate nursing student pursing a Nurse Practitioner degree
• Attend the IU Indianapolis campus
• Be strong scholastically, having achieved a minimum GPA of a 3.5 on a 4.0 scale in the master’s program
• Exhibit a passion for professional nursing
• Plan to continue a career in nursing
• Model a spirit of caring with a history of service to others
• Preference for applicants interested in oncology, professionally or personally.

Awarding:

This scholarship will be awarded and disbursed in either the current or upcoming academic year.

Renewability:

This scholarship is not renewable, but applicants may receive it more than once.
