Eligibility:

Applicants must:

• Be an undergraduate or graduate nursing student on the Fort Wayne campus
• Have a GPA of 3.0 o 4.0 scale
• File the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
• Demonstrate financial need as defined by the U.S. Department of Education’s criteria for need

Awarding:

This scholarship will be awarded for the upcoming academic year.

Renewability:

This scholarship does not automatically renew, but you may receive it more than once.
