IUB-New Frontiers Cognitive Science Graduate Fellowship
The New Frontiers Cognitive Science Graduate Fellowship (New Frontiers Fellowship) recognizes graduate students who bring novel perspectives to the discipline of Cognitive Science, whether through their life experiences, disciplinary backgrounds, or other factors. Eligible students must have completed at least one full year in the Cognitive Science Ph.D. program and be pursuing either a stand-alone Cognitive Science Ph.D. or a joint Ph.D. that includes Cognitive Science. Applicants should demonstrate a strong academic record and outstanding potential for bringing novel perspectives to the discipline of Cognitive Science. The fellowship may be awarded as either a single-semester fellowship or a two-semester fellowship.
The recipient(s) will be selected by a committee appointed by the Director of the Cognitive Science Program, which may include faculty representing various subfields of Cognitive Science. The committee shall determine the selection process and criteria for evaluating applicants and selecting the recipients.
