IUFW-David A. Bleeke Dental Scholarship

It is the intent of the Donor, and the Foundation agrees, that income from this gift be used to support scholarships for undergraduate students enrolled in an IU Fort Wayne Allied Dental program who have financial need and a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Recipients must demonstrate honor, honesty, duty, and respect in their specific area of study as determined by the scholarship committee. The Scholarship may be renewed provided recipients have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. The number, amount(s), and recipient(s) of the Scholarship will be determined by a scholarship committee of the School.
