IUSB-Esther P. Noffsinger Scholarship

This scholarship supports students meeting the following criteria: a) Taking a minimum of one course at the Indiana University South Bend (IUSB) Elkhart Center; b) A resident of Elkhart County; c) Demonstrates a record of academic excellence as determined by a minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. Single mothers receive priority consideration.
