IUI-Outstanding English Major Award (Liberal Arts)

The English Department honors an outstanding graduating senior within the major who has demonstrated consistent excellence in English studies.

Recipient will be majoring in the English Department program. The department bases its selection on superior scholastic achievement, faculty recommendations, and special contributions to the English Department.

Faculty nominate and select the recipient for this award; no student applications are accepted. Nominated students will be asked by the faculty member to submit a short statement of purpose.
