Any campus-Lt. Col. William T. Norman and Helen Payne Norman Scholarship (IU Foundation)

Awarded annually to students attending Indiana University who are least financially able to pay their tuition and other college expenses; who are morally, mentally, and physically worthy and competent. Recipients’ father or mother must be a member of one of the following organizations of Jeffersonville, Indiana: Free and Accepted Masons – Clark Lodge No. 40 or Jeffersonville Lodge No. 340 – or Order of the Eastern Star – Jeffersonville Chapter 372 or Bright Star Chapter No. 532. Note: The IU Foundation has deemed that all people are to be considered “physically worthy and competent” in reference to the terms of this scholarship criteria.
