IUI-Robert J. Alber Scholarship Fund (Dental)

Given annual to full-time student(s) in the Indiana University School of Dentistry, including students pursuing degrees in Dental Hygiene or other areas auxiliary to the field of Dentistry. Each scholarship shall be granted for one year, but may be renewed in the discretion of the committee authorized to make the award so long as the applicant makes satisfactory progress. The recipient(s) of the scholarship(s) shall reside or have resided in the following counties of the State of Indiana: Nobel, Elkhart, LaGrange, or Kosciusko. Each award shall be predicated on the demonstrated need of the recipient with no discrimination as to sex, race, religion, or national origin. In granting the award, the recipient’s future usefulness to society and the Dental professions shall be given consideration
