IUI-IUSD Class of 2012 Sarbinoff Memorial Scholarship (Dental)

Given annual to a dental student in the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of dental school who has prepared an essay, 2 pages in length and double spaced, on why they should receive the
scholarship.

Provide a maximum 500 word essay in the General Application under the “Scholarship-related essay” section on why you should receive the scholarship. Be sure to include Sarbinoff Memorial in the scholarship name box.
